By accessing, browsing, or using the We The Peoples Republic (WTPR) website, platform, or services, or by purchasing, holding, or using WTPRUS (Utility Token) or WTPRG (Governance Token), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"), all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws.

If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site and its services. The materials and tokens contained in this platform are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.

2. Definitions

• "Platform" refers to the We The Peoples Republic website, smart contracts, and all associated services.
• "WTPRUS" refers to the utility token deployed at contract address 0x90AE4651e30eb05BE23C051FC8C5d21bcBbE16dC on Binance Smart Chain.
• "WTPRG" refers to the governance token deployed at contract address 0x1Ac91b0ebb0F3588e72316a176da517d382cC5E0 on Binance Smart Chain.
• "User," "you," or "your" refers to any individual or entity accessing or using the Platform or tokens.
• "We," "us," or "our" refers to We The Peoples Republic and its operators.

3. Eligibility & Restrictions

3.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use this Platform or purchase tokens. By using this Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

3.2 Geographic Restrictions

Access to and use of this Platform may be restricted or prohibited in certain jurisdictions. You are responsible for determining whether your use of the Platform complies with applicable laws in your jurisdiction.

3.3 Know Your Customer (KYC) / Anti-Money Laundering (AML)

We reserve the right to implement KYC and AML verification procedures at any time. Failure to complete such verification when requested may result in suspension or termination of your access to the Platform and forfeiture of tokens.

4. Token Purchase & Distribution

4.1 Token Sale Terms

Tokens are sold on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We make no representations or warranties regarding the future value, utility, or performance of WTPRUS or WTPRG tokens.

4.2 WTPRG Distribution (1:1 Bonus)

For every WTPRUS token purchased, you automatically receive an equal amount of WTPRG governance tokens (1:1 ratio). This distribution is automatic and does not require additional action. WTPRG tokens grant voting rights on governance proposals but do not represent equity, ownership, or profit-sharing rights in any entity.

4.3 Payment Methods

Token purchases must be made using supported cryptocurrencies as specified on our Platform. All transactions are final and non-refundable except as required by applicable law.

4.4 Transaction Fees

You are responsible for all blockchain network transaction fees (gas fees) associated with purchasing, transferring, or using tokens. These fees are paid to network validators and are not controlled by or paid to We The Peoples Republic.

5. Token Utility & Governance

5.1 WTPRUS Utility Token

WTPRUS tokens may be used for:

• Participation in platform activities and events
• Access to future platform features and services
• Trading on supported decentralized exchanges (DEXs)
• Staking and rewards programs (when available)

5.2 WTPRG Governance Token

WTPRG tokens grant holders voting rights on governance proposals, including:

• Community event funding decisions
• Strategic partnership approvals
• Treasury allocation votes
• Protocol changes and upgrades

One WTPRG token equals one vote. Voting rights do not constitute ownership, equity, or profit-sharing in any legal entity.

5.3 No Investment Contract

WTPRUS and WTPRG tokens are utility and governance tokens, respectively. They are not securities, investment contracts, equity instruments, or promises of future profits. You should not purchase tokens with the expectation of profit.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on this Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and software, is the property of We The Peoples Republic or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our Platform without prior written consent, except as follows:

• Your computer may temporarily store copies of such materials in RAM incidental to your accessing and viewing those materials.
• You may store files that are automatically cached by your web browser for display enhancement purposes.
• You may print or download one copy of a reasonable number of pages of the Platform for your own personal, non-commercial use.

7. User Conduct & Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Impersonate any person or entity or falsely state or misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity
• Engage in wash trading, spoofing, or any other form of market manipulation

8. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

8.1 No Warranties

We do not warrant that:

• The Platform will function uninterrupted, securely, or be available at any particular time or location
• Any errors or defects will be corrected
• The Platform is free of viruses or other harmful components
• The results of using the Platform will meet your requirements
• Tokens will have any particular value or utility in the future

8.2 Assumption of Risk

You acknowledge and accept the following risks:

• Volatility: Cryptocurrency and token values are highly volatile and may result in total loss of value.
• Regulatory Risk: Regulatory frameworks for blockchain and cryptocurrency are uncertain and may change unfavorably.
• Technology Risk: Smart contracts, blockchain technology, and cryptocurrencies are relatively new and untested.
• Security Risk: Your wallet and private keys may be subject to hacking, loss, or theft.
• Liquidity Risk: There may be insufficient liquidity to trade tokens at desired prices or at all.

8.3 Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL WE THE PEOPLES REPUBLIC, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

• Your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Platform or tokens
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Platform
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content
• Loss or theft of private keys, wallet credentials, or tokens
• Regulatory action or changes in law

9. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless We The Peoples Republic and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, and suppliers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to:

• Your violation of these Terms
• Your use of the Platform or tokens
• Your violation of any rights of another person or entity
• Your violation of any applicable laws or regulations

10. Modification & Termination

10.1 Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

10.2 Termination of Access

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Platform immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to breach of these Terms.
